En tant que partenaires r\u00e9actifs essentiels des polyols, ils constituent la base de la chimie du polyur\u00e9thane et influencent de mani\u00e8re significative le comportement de transformation ainsi que les performances finales des mat\u00e9riaux.<\/p>\n<p>Le TDI est principalement utilis\u00e9 dans la production de mousses polyur\u00e9thane souples en raison de sa forte r\u00e9activit\u00e9 et de sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des structures cellulaires souples et r\u00e9silientes. Les grades commerciaux \u2014 g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des m\u00e9langes d\u2019isom\u00e8res 80\/20 et 65\/35 \u2014 permettent aux formulateurs d\u2019ajuster les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des mousses, telles que la d\u00e9formation r\u00e9manente \u00e0 la compression, la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019air et la durabilit\u00e9. \n\nLe profil de r\u00e9activit\u00e9 du TDI le rend particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9 aux mousses en bloc (slabstock), aux mousses moul\u00e9es et \u00e0 diverses applications de rembourrage dans les secteurs de l\u2019ameublement, de la literie et de l\u2019automobile.<\/p>\n<p>Le MDI offre un large \u00e9ventail de performances et est disponible sous forme monom\u00e9rique pure ainsi que sous forme polym\u00e9rique (pMDI). Le MDI monom\u00e9rique permet une r\u00e9activit\u00e9 contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, d\u2019excellentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques et une forte r\u00e9sistance d\u2019adh\u00e9rence, ce qui en fait un choix privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 pour les \u00e9lastom\u00e8res haute performance, les adh\u00e9sifs et les rev\u00eatements.\n\nLe MDI polym\u00e9rique, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par une fonctionnalit\u00e9 et une viscosit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es, est largement utilis\u00e9 dans les syst\u00e8mes de mousses rigides \u2014 notamment pour les panneaux d\u2019isolation, les mousses projet\u00e9es et les composites structurels \u2014 o\u00f9 la stabilit\u00e9 dimensionnelle et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 thermique sont essentielles.<\/p>\n<p>Des caract\u00e9ristiques cl\u00e9s telles que la teneur en isocyanate, la viscosit\u00e9, la fonctionnalit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9activit\u00e9 d\u00e9terminent la fen\u00eatre de formulation ainsi que les performances finales.
